Ancile uPerform Editing in Document Mode: basics and separating "grouped" steps.

My last couple of posts demonstrated how to do some editing functions when viewing an Ancile uPerform project in the Simulation mode. Now I'll illustrate some things about editing in the Document mode.

The main thing I'll outline here is this weird thing that uPerform does (with default template settings) in the interest of trying to conserve space in the document – it automatically tries to group as many steps as possible on a single screen. Unfortunately, this almost never seems to go well. The result usually looks like a confusing mess, and more often than not, there are pop-ups that should have been on the screen that...aren't.

Again: apologies for the tiny captions, which can barely be read on my tiny iPhone SE – but I assume any reasonable person has a bigger phone than I do. If you can read this, here's how to resolve this particular issue in uPerform without changing the template setting:
